Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount, or for a specific service.
Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and have no cash value.
Massage And Tea is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Please present voucher or gift card to spa staff at time of check-in.
Cannot be combined with other voucher or coupon for the same transcation.
Voucher or gift card is not valid without a signaure and expiration date by an authorized staff.
Reservation Deposits
All appointments booked online require a valid credit card to book any appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We reserved your appointment time just for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24-hours' notice so that we can schedule another guest and keep our service provider booked. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours' notice will be charged $25 administrative fee. No shows without a phone call or those cancelling of any appointment will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. The charges will be applied to the credit card or gift card used to confirm your appointment. If there is no credit card or gift card on file, payment will be required prior to or on arrival of your future appointment. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24-hours' advance notice. Thank you for your kindly understanding.
Personal Belonging
We recommend that no jewelries should be worn at the Massage And Tea. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa.
Health Considerations:
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or any other medical conditions, please do inform your therapist in advance. Pregnant women must be in their second or third trimester to receive services. Please indicate when you make a reservation if you prefer a male or female therapist and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
